The lens is equipped with a 4-stop optical Image Stabilizer for capturing stunning photos in low light, as well as smoother movie footage. Specifically designed for digital photography, the lens includes aspherical and UD lenses that correct spherical and chromatic aberrations that can ruin your images. The lenses also feature Super Spectra coatings that help ensure accurate color reproduction and high contrast. At the same time, flare and flare are prevented for beautiful images in any lighting. An exclusive lens hood (optional) can further reduce the occurrence of flare. With a focusing distance of just 0.22m, you can get closer to your subject and still enjoy an ultra-wide field of view. Take control of your creativity with a dedicated manual focus control ring, which allows full manual focusing even when shooting movies or using a filter. A 7-blade circular aperture allows for pleasant background blur when shooting at wide apertures - ideal for creating a sense of depth and making your subject stand out more clearly against the background.
